We ship once a week via USPS/First Class. All items are shipped from Brunswick, Maryland, U.S.A. with a tracking number.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. And currently we only ship to U.S. addresses.

We do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, fill out a form under the contact page with your order number, and title of the piece. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue.
